| Photographer and director Ralf Strathmann is known for his signature lighting techniques and unique approach to story telling and design. Strathmann was “discovered” by legendary cinematographer Henri Alekan for Wim Wenders movie "Wings Of Disire" where he began a successful career in photography. After assisting a number of renouned photographers (Helmut Newton, Anton Corbjin, Jim Rakete, Mathew Rolston, Jim Marshal. ) Ralf soon began shooting album covers and editorial assignments . Well-established publications began to recognize Strathmanns work, such as Spin, Vogue, Rolling Stone, AP, GQ, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, etc. Extending his vision beyond still photography into the moving image, Strathmann began conceiving, writing and directing music videos for diverse clients worldwide.
